# AI Search / SEO

> Being the answer when customers ask Google, or ChatGPT.

Your customers don't just Google anymore. They ask ChatGPT, Claude, and Google's AI Overviews, and those systems answer with whichever brands they trust. Search strategy now means being the answer in both worlds.

## What's changed, practically

Classic SEO still matters, because rankings drive the citations that AI systems lean on. But the click is no longer guaranteed. More and more questions get answered right on the results page or inside a chat, and the brands that win are the ones the models mention by name.

The same underlying work powers both. Useful content, clean structure, and consistent proof of expertise get you ranked by Google and cited by AI. We aim the work at both targets and measure both.

## How we build it

<Steps>
  <Step title="Technical foundations">
    Crawlability, speed, structured data, and clean information architecture, so both search engines and AI crawlers can read, trust, and quote the site.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Answer-shaped content">
    Content built around the questions your buyers ask, written to be the best answer available: specific, sourced, and useful instead of keyword-stuffed filler. AI helps with research and drafting; senior humans own accuracy and voice.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Entity and proof building">
    Reviews, citations, PR mentions, and consistent brand facts across the web. These are the trust signals AI models weigh up when deciding which brand to recommend.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Measure both worlds">
    On the classic side: rankings, organic traffic, and conversions. On the AI side: whether and how the major assistants mention you for the questions that matter, tracked over time in the same place as everything else.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  **How long this takes**

  Search compounds, but it isn't fast. Expect early technical wins in the first weeks, content traction over one to two quarters, and AI-mention gains as authority builds. We'll show progress monthly, and we won't promise a number one ranking. Nobody can, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
