KYND approached Do Good Things wanting to increase the market awareness of their services and to drive more sales leads into the funnel. As part of a busy, agile team, they had been juggling their outreach process on LinkedIn as well as being hands-on with their current customers. They were looking for a partner to support the digital marketing efforts to increase qualified leads via demand and lead generation campaigns.
We carried out an in-depth analysis of their site and its historic traffic. The original web development had not considered creating a site structure optimised for On-Page SEO. The Workplace Health and Wellness category is highly competitive and unfortunately, KYND was failing to rank for keywords compared to their competitors due in part to this.
Our first recommendation was to redefine the site structure, breaking down its core services into specific pages, allowing both the search engine to index effectively and visitors to understand their service better.
KYND Wellness also struggled to edit their Squarespace site and it was an easy call to restructure the site in Webflow which would help their in-house team maintain their site. The redesign was a relatively simple process as they had strong brand guidelines.
The most influential piece missing from the website prior to the redesign was the depth of how KYNDs services were helping people increase awareness and attention they give their health. The content marketing team to strengthen their cause by constructing strong sales content, KYNDs services, and creating blog content to support their organic search profile.
With the aid of performance marketing to support the redesign, our continuing partnership with KYND Wellness delivers more good things to New Zealanders.
