Wine Central is a popular eCommerce retailer and distributor of alcoholic beverages. Wine Central approached us during lockdown to help them broaden their online reach. The Shopify eCommerce store had a solid base of regular customers, but their channels were under-optimised, and there was hardly any scale in their paid media accounts.
Wine Central had spent some money on paid advertising in-house, but they weren’t achieving their potential as they didn’t have the time or resources to do so. They needed to optimise their performance marketing for the competitive liquor environment.
We helped optimise Wine Central’s paid media strategy and grow their bottom line by aligning their performance marketing strategy. We created new Google Ads campaigns for shopping, performance max and search based on category search and well-known brands. We implemented engaging Facebook campaigns to generate a full funnel of new and retargeted site visitors.
Through user research and analysis of visitor drop-off, we improved their flow through to cart on their Shopify eCommerce website, making it a more effortless user experience and helping boost their conversion.
